The Youth and Student Council of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has begun gathering data ahead of the 2023 General Elections to raise awareness and mobilize vibrant Nigerians, through effective engagement, to foster democracy dividends.
Youth leader Seyi Bamigbade said the council has also rebranded its website for this purpose as well as infused programs to cater to the needs of talented and skillful people.
Bamigbade explained that the relaunch, which was held at the Shehu Musa Yar Adua Center in Abuja, embodies a data collection system that provides youth with employment opportunities and enables youth to register their permanent voter card (PVC) through the integrated INEC link He added that the platform is also designed to gather youth and student data and expose them to a tuition-free scholarship program ahead of the 2023 general election.
“We have organized many youth empowerment summits and trainings with business start-up packages. Our targets are indigent youth and students, as we are poised to empower them like never before, both educationally and business-wise.
“This rebranding will bring all young people closer to their regional leaders, development breakthroughs and deep insight into our mission and goals, which are to change the attitude of young people and achieve a more resourceful and productive Nigeria. “, added Bamigbade.
