2023: The president of Igbo Extraction or Nigeria separates – Ohanaeze Youth Council

The Ohanaeze Youth Council (OYC) has warned that if an Igbo man does not emerge as president in 2023, the country will fall apart.

Comrade Igboayaka O Igboayaka, national chairman of the Ohanaeze Youth Council (OYC) said this in an interview with DAILY POST on Thursday in Owerri.

See extracts below:

Before the 2023 elections, you continued to support a Nigerian president of Igbo extraction; what is your real motivation?

Reply :

The Nigerian president of Igbo extraction is a favor for all Nigerians, not even for Ndigbo. In fact, Nigeria’s deliverance from the shackles of bad leadership is the coming of an Igbo in 2023 to rule Nigeria. An Igbo is the only true Nigerian which is why they settle down and own properties all over Nigeria. Let me tell you that the Fulani political oligarchy made a terrible mistake, it could have appreciated why God miraculously made Ndigbo part of Nigeria. If they don’t achieve this favor in 2023, they won’t have it anymore. By the end of 2022, there will be a sign whether Ndigbo will be part of Nigeria again or have his own separate country.

What is your reaction to the alleged marginalization of Ndigbo in this current administration?

Reply :

Ndigbo’s marginalization did not start with the recent or current administration, but it started from 1970, when none of General Gowon’s 3e were implemented in any part of Igbo lands. Ndigbo has been marginalized for 51 years (1970-2021)

How do you rate the leadership in the South East? How well have the governors performed and shown their interest in Ndigbo’s cause?

There are no leaders in the southeast. What we have here are rulers and emperors, political maradonas who dribble the masses with empty and unfulfilled promises. Leadership requires intelligence and wisdom, but we have a parish group of political profiteers in the South East and instead of solving problems they create more problems in Ndigbo. Look what the Southeast has turned to in the space of five months. Insecurity has become one of the characteristics and symbols of governance in the South East. Governor Umahi, which is the Southeast Governors Forum, does not have the capacity and political will to provide security for just five states, but we want to be president of 36 states in 2023. This cannot be done. produce that in a Republic of the Jungle, not even in the Republic of Zoos. , because in the zoo there is absolute order. It’s funny that Governor Umahi couldn’t protect the lives and property of the Ebonyians and sit on the pool of blood of his people. Ebonyi is no more than seven million people, yet insecurity is the order of the day, and Governor Umahi wants to rule Nigeria with more than two hundred million people.

If you are asked to suggest for the parent organization of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, what would you like the management of Amb. Obiozor to get started?

They must first identify with the Ohanaeze Youth Council (OYC). The success of each branch is to work with the youth, not just the youth, but the progressive and visionary youth that the Ohanaeze Youth Council represents. The council has already presented 11 points of the socio-political, cultural and economic agenda to Amb. Ohanaeze Ndigbo, led by Professor George Obiozor. I firmly believe that Ohanaeze Ndigbo World Wide will now have economic and political value for Ndigbo under the scholarly leadership of PG Amb. Prof. George Obiozor. For many years, Ohanaeze Ndigbo had no economic and political value for Ndigbo, but Professor George would change the narrative as a diplomatic reformer. We want Ohanaeze Ndigbo who is administratively organized who will represent the identity of a customary government in Ndigbo, thus giving a sense of leadership to all the Igbo race in the world.

The disturbances resulting from the agitations of the members of the IPOB are inappropriate. What are you doing as a youth leader to get young people to understand and put out the current tension?

The poor leadership of the leaders of the South East, the marginalization and injustice of the federal government led to the agitation of the Pro-Biafras, MASSOB, Ipob, BIM, the Progressive Congress of the East, the MOBIN, the Zionist, the National Council of Biafra, etc. Ndigbo needs the seaport, the international airport, the Modern Railway, industrial gas pipeline and national electricity grid. The Nigerian constitution is a fraud drafted to favor the Fulani people. The Nigerian constitution should be thrown in the trash for a new constitution that has the face of Nigerians, not a constitution that has the face of the Fulani. We need a restructuring so that all Igbo communities are regrouped into one region and a regional government is introduced. With the level of marginalization against Ndigbo today, the Nigerian government is like a madman walking a thin rope with a shaped blade.

What will be your message to young people and what is the Nigeria of your dreams?

Young people will not go to war fighting for themselves. If the elders caused the war, the young will force the elders to go and fight the “war”. Young people must know that the Igbo nation is theirs, so we must seek their survival by all peaceful means. Any crisis or violent act affects the young people more than the elders, so I want to urge my people, no matter what the provocation, we can never again choose guns or any other weapon and go to war against all nationalities again. ethnicities in Nigeria. Young people are the true ambassadors and stakeholders of the Igbo nation. Therefore, war is not a means of peace, but a peaceful approach to every request is a means of avoiding war. War is an instrument that interrupts the plans of young people, therefore, we must avoid any violent plan and attack in the quest for self-determination.
