Bathurst Youth Council to Host Chase The Rainbow Colors Race Event on Sunday | western avocado

The Chase The Rainbow is gearing up to be a fantastic opportunity for young Bathurst kids to get out there, have fun, and soak up an array of colors. The family-friendly event, which will be held at Morse Park on Sunday, will see participants sprayed with different powders as they pass color stations along the designated course. There will be a sizzle of Lions Club sausages, food and coffee vans, all available on the day, with musicians also performing live. The Color Run event is free, with attendees encouraged to arrive between 9:30am and 10am to register for the event. MAKING THE NEWS: This will be followed by recognition of the performance of the country and Indigenous peoples before the Color Run begins at 10:00 a.m., running until 11:30 a.m. Wristbands must be worn to participate in the event and attendees are encouraged to pick up their wristbands at the Bathurst Visitor Information Center, which can be picked up on Fridays between 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Participants are encouraged to wear a white shirt, closed shoes, sunglasses and clothing that can get dirty. Dressing up and dressing up are encouraged. The Bathurst Regional Youth Council organizes a number of events each year, including National Youth Week celebrations, as well as events such as dance parties, live music events and other events focusing on young people. The Youth Council aims to provide alternative forms of entertainment for young people in the Bathurst area, which provide a safe space where young people can gather and socialize with their peers.
