Nenagh Éire Óg Youth Academy to Host Coaching Workshop

Youth Academy: The Nenagh Eire Og Gaelic Games Youth Academy, proudly sponsored by Albany Home Decor and A Sportsmans Dream, are delighted to announce the next event in our series which is a Skills Development Coaching Workshop fundamental motor skills in elementary school children.

This workshop is open to coaches and parents of Nenagh Éire Óg and will be facilitated by Mr. John Murphy who holds a doctorate in physical education. The workshop will take place on Saturday April 2, from 9.30am to 11am on our new artificial turf and will be a hands-on workshop, all Nenagh Éire Óg coaches and parents are welcome.

Although aimed at primary school children, parents/caregivers of secondary school children will also greatly benefit from this workshop.

Easter Cúl Camps: Nenagh Éire Óg will be hosting an Easter Cúl Camp.

The camp takes place on Tuesday April 12, Wednesday April 13 and Thursday April 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The camp costs €35 for the three days, with each child receiving a soccer ball and a sliotar. The camp is intended for children from 6 to 13 years old.

Co Senior League: We will face Kilruane MacDonaghs in the second round of Co SHL next weekend. This game is to be played at Cloughjordan on Saturday night at 5 p.m.

Northern Junior Leagues: Our Junior League A game against Kilruane did not take place last weekend as Kilruane conceded the game. The next round of this League is to be played on Friday, April 8.

The Junior B League begins on the weekend of April 10.
